1.2 All purchases made through our website, www.jkjpremium.com, or authorized sales channels are subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
2.1 Returns and refunds are only accepted for:

Products that are still sealed and unused
2.2 For perishable or health-related products, returns are not accepted once the seal is broken due to safety and hygiene concerns.

4. SHIPPING OF RETURNS
4.1 Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
4.2 Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, labels, and documentation intact.
4.3 We cannot accept returns that are incomplete, damaged by the customer, or missing components.
5. REFUNDS
5.1 Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected by us.
5.2 Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5.3 Refund processing may take up to 14 business days from the date the returned product is received.
5.4 Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
